payment, notice & attendance terms

 PAYMENTS

Payment is in advance of each term, and  settlement is required before the student’s first class of each term.  Invoices for future terms will be emailed one week in advance of the date of the new term.

Payment can be made by BACS payment, (bank details are on invoices), please use your child’s name as a reference.  Payment can also be made by CASH or CHEQUES.  If these could be placed in an envelope with your child’s name clearly marked on the envelope when handing to their teacher.

Please note that there are different bank details for different classes, and correct use of accounts with correct references will be a huge help to our book keeping.

There will be a LATE PAYMENT FEE of £15.00 if fees are not received by the student’s first class of term, and also may result in withdrawal from classes until fees have been settled.

NEW STUDENTS

New students enrolling for a free trial do not have to settle invoices until after their free trial.

NOTICE

If at any point you no longer require your child’s place at Danceworks, we ask that you give a full term’s notice in writing to Debbie@danceworksfrome.co.uk

ATTENDANCE

Regular attendance and punctuality is extremely important.  If students do not attend on a regular basis, then the development of the class and the individual student will be affected.  Also to arrive on time will not only impede the learning of others, but your child will miss out on vital warm ups and place themselves at risk of injury.

Attendance will be monitored as students prepare for examinations, shows or performances and students who fail to attend classes and additional lessons may be withdrawn.
